Crab Taco

Melt one small slice of Gouda cheese on small corn tortilla shell (I do four at a time) add three pieces of imitation crab and cook covered on medium heat until crab is warm. Add green taco sauce or homemade tomatillo sauce then cover with spinach. Enjoy!
